What happens when my bookkeeper goes on holidays?
We operate as a bookkeeping team. We have detailed operating procedures to ensure each client has their data handled in a consistent manner. Rosy Small Business Services is designed to provide year round bookkeeping and admin support to small businesses, without the need to worry about staff absences.
How do I get my paperwork to you?
We use HubDoc, Receipt Bank, DropBox, Microsoft O365, you name it! Just provide us access to your preferred system and will be grab what we need from there.

How do you ensure all my key reporting dates (e.g. BAS submission) will be met on time?
We use a CRM that can set regular recurring tasks. Each client is setup in this system with their own set of unique tasks or reporting dates configured. All processes are thoroughly documented to ensure business continuity can be assured. We have tested checklists that ensure we complete all your regulatory reporting on time.
How quickly will my work be completed?
We prefer to create systems where tasks are not completed in a rushed ad hoc manner, but processes are created and followed to streamline and minimise stress for you and us. We will respond within 4 business hours to all emailed requests and provide further timings depending upon the task complexity.
